Customer satisfaction is prioritized at Lalavana. Qualified goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon receipt in unused, intact original packaging, excluding final-sale, promotional and complimentary items.
If items arrive defective or incorrect, Lalavana covers return shipping fees after service approval. For customer-caused wrong size/unsuitable picks, buyers bear both-way shipping costs for refund (item price only) or exchange. COD returns are rejected, and address revisions are unavailable post shipment.
Initiate returns via customer service with order info and relevant evidence to get the return address. After warehouse inspection, approved refunds take 3–5 business days to revert to the original payment method.
